Munich untamed – where tradition meets fetish

Munich is not just the city of beer mugs and lederhosen. Behind the facades of beer gardens and old town alleyways, there is a scene that is as hot as it is surprising. Anyone who thinks that Berlin alone has the monopoly on fetish nights will be proven wrong here: the Isar metropolis beckons with events, clubs and secret play spaces that celebrate pure lust in all its facets.

Festivals of pleasure - unique highlights throughout the year

CSD Munich - Pride in July

Politically charged, glittering and sexy. Demonstrations during the day, parties, darkrooms and an incredible amount of fun at night. There are information stands, several stages and lots of naked skin or skin wrapped in various fetishes, but always delicious

Oktoberfest gay and fetish events

When the Wiesn is in full swing, the various festival tents are transformed into fetish areas. On the first Wiesn Sunday, the community gathers in the Bräurosl. The very next day, RoslMontag offers the next opportunity to celebrate. On the second Monday of the Wiesn, Fischer Vroni invites you to the Prosecco Wiesn. The last day of the Wiesn ends with the gay Wiesn finale in front of the warm kitchen in the Schottenhammel tent. Incidentally, the Glockenbachviertel is also transformed into a second festival tent during the Wiesn – only much hotter. From lederhosen in harnesses to latex costumes: a must for fetish guys.

Oxen garden

The gay scene would not be complete without the Ochsengarten in Müllerstraße, the oldest leather and fetish bar in the city, which opened in 1967. The bar is open daily and is an absolute must for fetish fans. The dress code is simple: jeans, leather, rubber or uniform.

Bar Camp

The men-only bar in Reisingerstraße has also been around for a long time. One special feature of the camp is the cruising area, the other special feature is that you can only pay in cash. So don’t forget your cash. The gay bar is open daily and is extremely fetish-friendly, but there is no direct dress code. For example, Naked & Underwear takes place every Sunday.

Café in the Sub

The gay-queer center Sub e. V. not only offers a wide range of counselling services, but also runs its own café in Müllerstraße. And it is precisely this café that regularly hosts various events. For example, there is a fetish evening where people from the MLC volunteer behind the bar (in fetish outfits, of course). The city’s drag queens also have their own bar night at Sub.

Always well prepared

Still don’t know which partying you’re going to in Munich? Never mind, at least you’ll still have time to order the right “partying accessories”. If you want to go underground, the Black Fist Extra Strong Poppers would be the perfect companion with guaranteed awesomeness. If Munich Pride is your destination, the Zurich Berlin Pride Poppers Combo is a good choice. Ok, it doesn’t say Munich on it, but the effect is the same at one of the Pride parties in the Bavarian capital.
