On-site purchases are usually only possible in sex stores, gay saunas or head stores. Poppers are therefore usually bought online. Online stores offer a larger selection with better comparison options and usually significantly lower prices. When buying online, make sure that you choose a reputable supplier who clearly declares the ingredients, uses hazard warnings and provides the batch number and address details of the importer on the bottle.

Do not use Poppers with isopropyl nitrite or isobutlynitrite. These ingredients are very toxic and can be carcinogenic. Also refrain from using ambiguously labeled ingredients such as amyl nitrite or alkyl nitrite, which are collective terms that cannot be clearly assigned to any nitrite.

The gases escaping from the bottle are inhaled through the nose. Avoid skin and eye contact at all costs, as Poppers are corrosive. Never drink Poppers, it is life-threatening!

Poppers have a vasodilating effect and relax the smooth muscles in the anal area. Poppers are therefore often used as an aid during anal sex. An increased feeling of pleasure and a brief state of intoxication are added to this.

The onset of action occurs after just a few seconds and lasts for around 2 to 5 minutes. The most intensive effect usually occurs between about 5 seconds and 2 minutes after inhalation. The effect may vary depending on the nitrite.

Beginners should draw once. Experienced users can inhale three to four times. Always pay attention to your body. If you feel unwell, stop immediately, open the window or sit on the balcony.

We indicate the strength of each Poppers using a strength scale from 1 to 6. Poppers with a strength of 6 are the strongest. However, there may be deviations depending on the nitrite contained and personal preference. However, the scale is always a good guide.
